Design and Build Quality
A sleek black exterior wraps a BPA-free plastic cool-touch shell that prevents scalding. Inside sits entirely stainless steel, with water level markings etched in place of a plastic window. That choice keeps water from ever contacting plastic or glue, a real advantage against chemical leaching.
Double-wall construction is the standout. It insulates to keep water warm longer while holding the outer surface safe to touch. A cordless base with a 30-inch cord adds convenience, though the missing water level window may be a minor annoyance for anyone who likes a quick visual check.
Performance in Everyday Use
At 1000W, this kettle will boil water, though it may take longer than higher-wattage models. Double-wall design helps hold temperature, so your tea or coffee stays hot longer. Auto shut-off and boil-dry protection are reliable safety features, welcome if you often forget to turn appliances off.
Cordless design makes pouring and serving easy, and a 1.0-liter capacity covers a few cups. Frequent larger batches, though, will need multiple rounds. Interior water level lines show through the opening, so you can gauge the amount, but it is less convenient than a window.
Who Should Buy It

Alternatives Worth a Look
The Secura SWK-1001DB is a solid choice for a kettle with a pure stainless steel interior and safety features. Its double-wall construction and cool-touch exterior are practical and reassuring. The 1.0-liter capacity and 1000W power suit small households, but faster boiling or larger volumes point you elsewhere. On the whole, it is a dependable, safe kettle for everyday use, provided you accept the missing water window and a slightly longer wait for a boil.
